At our 5-acre retreat, we value nurturing the spirit, the wonders of the natural world, and allowing the mind and body to step away from the stresses of everyday life and find comfort and relaxation. No expense has been spared in the pursuit of these values.

Living Space

As you enter the expansive great room, rich, neutral colors and generous use of natural materials will immediately wrap you in a cloak of warmth and soothing peace. Vaulted, beamed ceilings add to the rustic and airy interior. The comfortable furnishings have been specifically positioned to take full advantage of the magical mountain views.

Relax on either the leather sofa, or one of two lounge chairs placed directly in front of the bay window to take in the evening light show at sunset. We are doubly fortunate to have a front-row seat to not one, but two sunsets – one behind the mountains and the other as it sets on the horizon.

When night has fallen, it’s time to light the fireplace and allow the dancing flames to be your evening’s entertainment. If you prefer, we also offer a Smart TV with 500 Mbps Wifi to stream your favorite shows.

Kitchen

One of the many fascinating tidbits about Levinaia Villa is that a world-renowned chef both lived here and more importantly, designed the kitchen. For you and your group, this means that you’ll have access to all the exclusive “tools of the trade” installed to create his vision, including cutting board style countertops, a 5-burner gas range, double-stack wall ovens, and deep farmhouse sinks.

We have also included thoughtful touches like a diverse spice rack, a single-pod coffee maker, and espresso machine.

A generous peninsula bar allows for a quick breakfast or a cup of coffee. To truly savor the labors of your group chef, gather at an elegant dining table for 8 as the scenic backdrop provides an unparalleled ambiance.

Bedrooms and Baths

Four separate retreats, each with its own character, invite your group to slumber peacefully under the light of the watchful moon.

The primary suite is awash in luxury, from the plush king-size bed to an Adobe-style corner fireplace with a romantic seating area for two, to a wall-mounted Smart TV. Please note there is no closet in this suite, but we do supply luggage racks.

From your private balcony, take in the panoramic vistas of the Red Rock mountains, or revel in a dynamic sunset, perhaps with a glass of wine in hand.

Your en-suite bath is like entering a high-end spa, whose sole purpose is to pamper you in decadent luxury. The brick entryway leads you into a Balinese-inspired space with mother-of-pearl vanities on either side, but the shower is the real showstopper here.

Inspired by an old-world spa, this grand space features two shower heads and an overhead rain shower. With a wrap-around bench and oversized windows on three sides, the shower looks over a private courtyard featuring one of the many Buddha statues scattered throughout the property.

Down the hall is the first guest room, offering a queen bed and Smart TV. This gentle space has a large semi-circular window, allowing the stream of sunlight in. A cozy area rug tops the hardwood floors, and a corner chair provides a quiet meditation space. Vaulted ceilings promote a feeling of space and flow.

The hall bath has a vessel sink and tiled tub/shower.

The loft bedroom is ideal for those who prefer a cozy and snug sleeping environment. The full bed is nestled under a sloped ceiling with wood beams. You’re sure to enjoy our plush white linens and the wall-mounted Smart TV.

Private Casita

Looking for a bit of additional privacy to enjoy the peaceful serenity at Levinaia Villa? The private casita will fit your needs well. Located down a staircase overlooking natural vegetation, the casita is fit for royalty, with a California king bed and a modern bathroom that will take your breath away.

Glamping Tent

We are pleased to offer the Lotus Belle Luxury Glamping Tent. Featuring a queen size bed, mini-fridge, and a Keurig coffee machine, this add-on is $300. Please let us know at the time of booking if you’d like to include our luxury Glamping Tent for your stay.

While our family strives to delight our guests with the best Airbnb stay they’ve ever had, Levinaia Villa’s five acres of natural beauty inevitably steals the show and upstages our best efforts to impress.

We have supplemented what the earth offers by placing outdoor entertainment and relaxation features throughout the property. Some of these include a trampoline, hammocks, and various meditation areas.

Experience our hydrotherapy plunge pool for either pure relaxation or as a prelude to an invigorating hike around the property. Follow up with our copper tub or hot tub to soothe sore muscles or simply as a relaxing vantage point from which to take in one of our epic sunsets.

Al fresco dining is always on the vacation menu, particularly with our upscale outdoor kitchen, featuring a grill, mini-fridge, sink, and plenty of prep space. The adjacent outdoor seating area offers a dining table with an umbrella for particularly sunny days.

With outdoor seating, floating daybeds, swings, and sun loungers scattered throughout the property, everyone in your group will find a special space that speaks just to them. Adventurers can explore secret pathways and hidden trails using our maps to find our collection of Buddha statues.

A not to be missed experience, day or night is a rinse in the outdoor Malibu tile shower, which overlooks the entire canyon.
